Friday, December 14th

• 1600 - Arrivals begin
• 1800 - Ground school over dinner (pizza)
• 2100 - (or so) Ground transportation to the hotel provided, hotel check-in

Saturday, December 15th

• 0730 - Ground transportation from the hotel to the airport provided
• 0800 - Daily Briefing at hangar K-10
• 0815 - Practice flights
• 1200 - Lunch at Flo's
• 1300 - Practice flights
• 1700 - BBQ dinner
• 1900 - (or so) Ground transportation to the hotel provided

Sunday, December 16th

• 0730 - Ground transportation from the hotel to the airport provided
• 0800 - Daily briefing at hangar K-10
• 0815 - Final practice flights, possible all-up flight
• 1200 - Departures
